Vacancies for English and Maths TeachersWe are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to teach English or maths at our supplementary schools. The lessons take place for three hours on Saturdays or two hours on week-day evenings. We teach children aged 6-to-11 using traditional methods emphasising reading by phonics and mental arithmetic. The children are taught in small groups based on age and ability. The pupils are willing learners and teaching them can be very rewarding. Successful applicants will have sound academic competency and experience in teaching. They must be able to make a regular commitment to the sessions. Remuneration is £15-£25 per hour.
